Rachael Hustler – Group Training Officer Support
I joined NCTG in January 2019 and since then have taken on the role of managing our training courses, social media and website. In that time, I have also gained valuable knowledge about training and funding within the industry, helping to assist group members on this.
In my spare time I maintain a very active lifestyle, I’ve recently started renovating a 2-bed bungalow with my Dad and have a keen interest in Rugby and cricket; I’ve been playing for my local teams for several years. I also like to travel when I can, I’m looking forward to exploring Peru during a trip to Latin America I have booked for this year.
Samantha Thomas – Group Training Officer
Originally from Somerset, Samantha relocated to Norfolk in 2001.
Armed with a range of experience predominantly in sales positions working within the Travel, Local Media, Hospitality, and more latterly Construction (Training) Industries she took up the role of Group Training Officer for N.C.T.G. in March 2008.
Samantha has been able to utilise a wide range of transferable skills to assist her with managing the needs of the members, whilst accommodating the inevitable changes to the role incurred by the evolving requirements of the funding remit, thus enabling the Group to ensure financial stability, sustainability and strength for the future.
Samantha is married to Simon and has a grown-up Son and Daughter. In February 2019 she became a Grandma for the first time to Granddaughter Poppy.
